Healthy Snacks Delicious Porridges

Sweet potato porridge

Ingredients
  • 1 sweet potato (sweet potato)
Optional:
  • 2 tablespoons milk formula or breast milk or boiled water
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter
  • Comfortable baby cereal (rice or oats)

Preparation

Clean with brush shell sweet potato and pierce with a fork several times. Bake in oven for 50 minutes (or until tender) to 400 degrees Fahrenheit or 205 degrees Celsius. Let cool and remove the pulp. Bouncing shell. If you are with sweet potato shreds, pass through sieve so that the baby is not going to get stuck. Place the potato pulp in a blender and add milk if the puree is very thick. If desired, you can also add the butter and cereal. Stir the mixture until the slurry has a smooth texture and then serve. It can also be refrigerated or frozen in sealed containers.

Green gruel with chicken

Ingredients
  • ½ chicken breast boneless and skinless,
  • 1 courgette or zucchini (also known as zucchini)
  • 1 cup spinach well washed, enough to cook the chicken with vegetable water.
Optional: 1 camote (sweet potato or sweet potato)
