Quick and easy to make snacks omelets

Many times you get to work and just thinking about cooking will take your hunger, so today we bring you a very quick, simple, lightweight and super appealing idea Burritos salmon, cheese and green asparagus.

For the base you need a comprehensive pancakes, you can buy at any supermarket or do it yourself and have reserved in the fridge for you it faster fácily. A simple design, but a combination of flavors and textures that will surprise you.


Ingredients for the filling of 6 medium omelets:
  • 150 gr. smoked salmon.
  • 100 gr. Soft cheese (to us we love Brie cheese).
  • 200 gr. asparagus.
  • A splash of white wine.
One tablespoon of:
  • Juice of a lemon.
  • Red wine vinegar.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Development of the salmon burritos, cheese and green asparagus:

Marinate the asparagus with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper (a few minutes will suffice).
Saute asparagus in a pan, round and round, add the white wine and let evaporate. Set aside.
Take a tortilla and place a couple of slices of smoked salmon and top three epárragos and several pieces of cheese.
Wrap and tie with a natural rope, before serving put in the oven a few minutes to melt cheese.

Serve hot.
