Recipe: Salmon burger

Ingredients (for 4 people):
  • 500g boneless salmon
  • Medium 1 cebolla
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg beaten
  • Juice of half a lemon (to taste)
  • Chopped parsley or dill
  • Oil and salt
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Plastic film
Elaboration:
  • Remove skin and bones from the salmon. Chop into very small pieces and set aside
  • Also chop the onion, garlic and parsley
  • In a bowl, add salmon, along with onions, garlic, lemon juice, salt and parsley or dill to taste
  • Mix everything and then add the egg and breadcrumbs. Mix well
  • Cover the container with transparent film role and place in the refrigerator for a few minutes
  • Remove the dough from the refrigerator and separate portions of each burger. Start shaping hamburger, making a ball first, then crushing with your hands or with the help of a piece of transparent film
  • Optional: spend slightly by a plate with a little flour to then place them on a baking paper (to prevent sticking)
  • In a skillet with a little oil, previously hot, burgers and put them back and forth. Another option is to make baked.
  • To make a less caloric dish can be served with baked potato and a nice salad. And a little mustard.
