Ingredients
- 4 pears, peeled and cored
- 3 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 ½ cup light milk (375 ml)
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ cup sugar substitute
- 2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
- In a saucepan place the pears with water and cinnamon, cook until pears are tender.
- For the sauce, in a saucepan heat the milk with cocoa, sugar substitute, cornstarch and vanilla essence, mix and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with the help of a balloon whisk until you release the boil and thickens slightly.
- Serve pears, it bathes with sauce and offers.
