Healthy chocolate snacks pears

Ingredients
  • 4 pears, peeled and cored
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
Sauce:
  • 1 ½ cup light milk (375 ml)
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup sugar substitute
  • 2 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
  • In a saucepan place the pears with water and cinnamon, cook until pears are tender.
  • For the sauce, in a saucepan heat the milk with cocoa, sugar substitute, cornstarch and vanilla essence, mix and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with the help of a balloon whisk until you release the boil and thickens slightly.
  • Serve pears, it bathes with sauce and offers.
PREP TIME: 30 minutes
DIFFICULTY: Easy
