Easy Snack Volovanes recipe

Oteiza shows us how to prepare an appetizer of puff pastry stuffed volovanes
mussels marinara, a dish to surprise.
Ingredients
(6 servings):
- 6 volovanes puff
- 1 kg of mussels
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 50 g flour
- 1 small glass of brandy
- 1 glass of white wine
- olive oil
- salt
- 1 bay leaf
- parsley
- vinaigrette
- For the tomato sauce:
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch of ginger powder
- 1 dash of soy sauce
- olive oil
- salt
- 1 cayenne pepper
Recipe
preparation volovanes mussels marinara:
Clean the mussels and open them in a pan with a splash of white wine and a bay leaf. Pass the broth to a bowl and set aside. Spall mussels and set aside.
For tomato sauce, chopped onion and put it in the bowl of the mixer. Add garlic and chopped tomatoes.
Season and add a splash of soy sauce a pinch of cayenne and ginger powder. Shreds. Pass the sauce to a saucepan with a splash of olive oil and let it cook.
For seafood, finely mince the garlic and stir-fry in a pan with olive oil. Add the chopped onion, green pepper and carrot. Season. When the vegetables are well poached add the flour and stir well. Pour the brandy and flambé.
Stir in tomato sauce. Pour a glass of mussel broth, season and let it cook for 10 minutes. Add the chopped mussels (reserve 6 whole) and mix well.
Put in a bowl and volovanes caliéntalos (with the preheated oven) for 2-3 minutes. Fill in the volovanes with the fishing and put on each a whole mussel. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, water with vinaigrette and serve.
