promised, today we will prepare quinoa, the "food of the gods" is

Well I'll be putting more healthy quinoa recipes, but let's start with something easy.
Ingredients:
- A glass of quinoa.
- 2 Glasses of water.
- Media Chive.
- 2 Tomatoes.
- 12 Grapes (like Christmas).
- A Handful of raisins.
- 1 Avocado.
- Fruit juice of one lime.
- Ralladura Half lime.
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- Teaspoon salt.
- 1 Teaspoon oregano.
Method of
preparation:
The first thing we wash in cold water Quinoa 3-4 times, until it comes out the clear water.
Then put 2 parts water to 1 part quinoa and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes with a little salt (BEHOLD THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS IN CASE). Quinoa will become transparent and will have a white semicircle when al dente, of all modes id testing it to assure that it is not hard, anyway remains a bit "grainy" as it explodes in the mouth hahaha.
Then we drain them and go through cold water to stop cooking and set aside.
Add tomatoes, grapes, raisins and onions, mix well.
Prepare the vinaigrette: mix the oil, juice and zest, oregano and salt in a glass and mix all ingredients well.
After aliñamos salad and finally add the diced avocado and mix.
