Healthy recipes: smoked salmon tartare and avocado - A light and healthy for the holidays entree, which helps us make a little binges and is also delicious.

Normally the salmon tartare is made with raw tuna or red, but in this case I preferred to do it with smoked salmon so that everyone eat without problem.

You know when we get together many at home for these celebrations have to adapt a little.

Ingredients: for 8 people.

  • Media Chive.
  • 3 Avocados.
  • 3 Boiled eggs.
  • 500g Of smoked salmon.
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
  • The Juice of 1 lime.
  • 6 Gherkins in small vinegar.
  • 4 Tablespoons olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper.
Method of preparation:
We chop the smoked salmon and add the juice of half a lime and two tablespoons of soy sauce and let marinate for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Chop fine the onion, boiled eggs and pickles and mix. Add 2 tablespoons vinaigrette with olive oil, pepper and salt. Reserve.
Mix the salmon with the mixture and reserve.
Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces, add the juice of half a lime, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
A ring emplatar put a layer of salmon and above a avocado.
This very rich and is very easy to prepare, I recommend it !!
