Healthy vegetables recipes: zucchini garrison - Hello everyone!! Tap take care a bit after the holidays, so I advise increased consumption of vegetables during the week !!

If you want a healthier side dish than typical chips today I give you the perfect choice to take care and make your dishes are healthier and healthier without removing flavor !!

One of my favorite vegetables zucchini is chosen to this side dish is low in calories, high in fiber, vitamin A, vitamin K and many more properties !!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 2 Medium zucchini (500g approx).
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1 teaspoon salt.
Method of preparation:

We wash well courgettes, cut into small pieces and chop the garlic.

In a nonstick skillet with 2 Tablespoons olive oil over medium heat sauté garlic until soft (but without allowing it to be golden brown).

Add the zucchini, salt and braise at low-medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes.

The time depends on how you like the texture, if you like al dente less time or if you like more softies, longer.
