Cold sandwiches snack recipes for christmas


The sandwiches, this delicious tradition of Euskadi, are one of the highest expressions of miniature cuisine and also a great way to start eating. Although let's face it, who has not eaten only sandwiches?

Everything is possible, either on a slice of bread, a vol-au-vent or other support when it comes to making sandwiches have to take flight creativity.

Look at this trio of sandwiches: Italian, piquillo and date. Do not you look delicious? Surprise your guests with these incoming and you shall put in the pocket.
 


Ingredients
  • 2 sheets of cooked ham
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Avecrem Chicken Broth
  • 1 can of peppers
  • 1 clove of sliced garlic
  • A chopped black olives
  • Media cream cheese terrine
  • 30 slices of bread cut on the bias
  • A few slices of pickled cucumber
  • 1 can of anchovies
  • 1 dash of oil
  • Some Pitted
  • 100 g of nuts

Step 1

For Montadito Italian: Mix the cream cheese with chopped ham, all seasoned with a pinch of Avecrem chicken broth and nutmeg. Place on bread and garnish with the Gherkin.


Step 2

For Piquillo Montadito: Finely chop the peppers and anchovies and add the sliced garlic sauteed in oil that will have. Place on bread and garnish with chopped black olives.

Step 3
 
For Montadito Dátil: stuffed dates, and deboned, with a mixture of cream cheese, walnuts and a pinch of Avecrem chicken broth. Which such Serve!

Just approach the Basque Country (Basque restaurant or have closer) to verify that the universe is infinite sandwiches. Dare to explore it!
