- Pimentón Sweet (about 100g).
- Skimmed milk.
- Salt.
For the sauce:
- 4 Cuchadas mayonnaise.
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup.
- Black pepper.
- A Tablespoon orange juice.
- A Tablespoon brandy.
Method of preparation:
The first thing we do is prepare the sauce:
In a bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, pepper, brandy and juice, and mix all ingredients until a homogeneous mixture.
We reserve in the refrigerator until half an hour before serving.
