Snack bar 5 burgers cereals

5 burgers cereals, besides being nutritious, allow include ingredients that do not please some members of the family.

Today I give you the recipe, an idea to take advantage of these small amounts of food left in the refrigerator or you include other ingredients that create problems when please everyone, especially the smallest of the house.

Ingredients
For about four people.
  • 300 gr. cereal "5 cereals"
  • Oatmeal
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Pipas sesame
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 eggs (if you do not eat eggs, add a tablespoon or two of chickpea flour)
  • Garlic, parsley, onion (sauteed best to soften the taste)
  • Spices (cumin, ras el hanout, nutmeg)
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Remains of previous day food, such as vegetables, rice.
Preparation
  • Put in a bowl 300 gr. 5 4 tablespoons cereal and oatmeal.
  • Moisten to hydrate and let stand one hour.
  • Then add eggs or chickpea flour, grated carrots, pipes, spices and other food you left in the fridge if you have it, to use it, or add those ingredients to cost you more to eat or eat at home.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • You break just two or three touches minipimer without making a paste, move it by hand or a wooden spoon, until it reaches a consistency that allows you to shape the burgers. If too liquid you can add breadcrumbs; if it is too dry you can fix this by adding a bit of a vegetable drink (the oatmeal or birdseed are the most suitable).
  • Das shape the burgers and you can make hot / moderate pan with a little oil or in the oven on baking paper.
To accompany the burgers of 5 cereals
Soy yogurt sauce, mustard and cinnamon

    Mix 4 tablespoons soy yogurt, a tablespoon of mustard and a hint of cinnamon.

5 accompany cereal burgers with a salad and you have a balanced and appetizing dish.
