Much is said about avoiding certain foods when you're breastfeeding, and avoid alcohol and remedies that have not been approved by the pediatrician (drugs and alcohol are transferred to the baby through breast milk). Although lists what foods to avoid it is often too large and even exaggerated, does seem to have no scientific basis in eating some food in cases of allergic babies. If you notice that your baby is fussy after eating, with many gases or their droppings have mucus in them, you can suspect that has had a reaction to something you've eaten.
An Australian research led by Dr. David Hill said that even moms completely eliminate certain foods achieve their babies do not suffer from colic in the first weeks of life. The study showed that mothers who eliminated cow's milk, eggs, peanuts (groundnuts), tree nuts, wheat, soy and fish from their diets noticed a marked decrease in irritability and episodes of crying babies, when they were compared with the moms who ate normally. Improvement was noted in only 48 hours.
As it is difficult to realize what food it is that is falling you wrong, you can try removing one for several days and see if you notice any improvement. Here is a list of foods that can irritate or cause allergies in your baby:
- Milk Cow
- Soya
- Nuts
- Peanuts (peanuts)
- Egg
- Chocolate
- Coffee (caffeinated)
- Broccoli (broccoli)
- Col (cabbage)
- Cauliflower
- Beans (beans)
Contrary to popular belief, spicy foods do not necessarily alter the babies. Otherwise, all Indian babies have colic ... what is not. However, you must be careful because if there moms who say they are very sensitive babies.
