8 good eating habits for the whole year

Some time ago that he could not write me sit quiet. The number of projects that I'm stuck had not given me space to do this that I like.

In recent months I have often discovered much about health and nutrition, I have read hundreds of articles and some books and science increasingly points to the health of human beings lies largely in their eating habits. There are thousands of different theories of what to eat and what not to eat, and we all have to learn to listen to our body and see what is best for us.

Normally we take vacation from the routine, we begin to be indulgent with our lifestyle and certainly supply. I would like to invite you to make a challenge that occurred to me to start the year in good shape and go step forming good habits that will serve us throughout life.

This time it is not completely exclude anything from our diet but rather to include elements that facilitate our digestion we provide more nutrients and give our bodies an internal balance without limit all peccadilloes before us on days off.

1. Take a probiotic every morning before breakfast. Probiotics are live microorganisms similar to those living in the human gut. A healthy intestinal flora is essential for overall health as between 70 and 80% of the immune system is in the gut. In addition to strengthening your system, regularizarte and help digestion take probiotics can help prevent allergic problems in your baby. Probiotics are found naturally in yogurt made with bacilli, and temphe miso (fermented soybean facts,) kombucha, sauerkraut, pickled vegetables, etc. If you do not get any of that, there are supplements sold in health food stores and organic products.

2. Start the day with a juice, smoothie, salad or green saucer. The leaves and green vegetables besides giving us iron, calcium and many other minerals and vitamins, clean and oxygenate our blood and help regenerate hemoglobin. They are an essential part of our diet.

3. Delete the most all processed foods, eat foods that come as close to as they are in nature. Try to cook simple things that include lots of vegetables and vegetables, good quality protein and whole grains.

4. Eat good fats. Avocados, fish like salmon and tuna oil, extra virgin coconut oil, olive oil, grapeseed oil, raw linseed oil.

5. Eat good quality protein. Is that animal protein you eat is free grazing animals raised on farms in which they walk, gives them the sun and are relatively "happy". When you eat fish that is either wild origin and controlled fishing rather than farmed fish, especially white fish that are packaged in bags like White Nile are filled with toxins and hormones.

6. Avoid all artificial colorings. Most processed foods have dyes that affect both behavior and health in general.

7. Drink plenty of water. Drinking water will help clean everything your system does not need, plus thousands of body processes can not be performed without the right amount of this element in the body. Many times when we are thirsty eat sugary drinks and / or carbonated, coffee, etc. and you are instead of hydrate dehydrate us plus they give us many chemicals and sugars that accumulate in the body and impair our health. When you recommend taking at least 8 glasses of water a day, refer to 8 glasses of water a natural addition to any other liquid ingest during the day.
