3 Tasty Diet Busters

Losing weight can be a long and painful process. Even more so when eating food you don’t like. SO here at Diet Web Centre we have come up with our favourite Tasty Diet Busters. It is crucially important that you have plenty of protein, carbs and fiber that boost your energy and keep you feeling full all day. And don;t woryy these meals don’t take up too much time all can be completed within 30 minutes. Lets have a look at what we came up with.

Broccoli & Feta Omelet 

This is the prefect start to the day, it only takes 15 minutes and it gives you one hell of kick start to the day. It will have you energised and ready for the day that comes. The eggs provide you with that much needed protein while the broccoli provide you with fiber. This combo really fights off the latey morning cravings and keeps you going straight till lunch

Green Tea Smoothie

When it comes to weight loss Green Tea is the main fat-burning foods, it is the ideal energy booster and keeps you feeling full in between meals. Flovoured with cayenne spices, lemon and agave nectar. It provides plenty of benefits and will really fill you up. Check out the video below on how to make it.

White Bean & Herb Hummus

Sick of the usual hummus from the supermarkets, then this is what you want. It only takes a couple of minutes to whip up and its full of flavour and rich in fiber. The ingredients are olive oil, lemon, chives and white beans. Pair this up with some chopped veg, maybe some broccoli and even some more fiber to add some taste to you diet. This is a great snack for those evenings.
