Ingredients: (for 3 people)
- 3 Salmon slices.
- 2 Oranges.
- Dill.
- Cebolletas.

- Black pepper.
Method of
preparation:
First of all salmon loins we wash and dry them well with paper towels.
The salt, pepper, add the chopped dill, half orange juice and let marinate for half an hour in the refrigerator.
Fry in olive oil and two pre-cut onions when they are transparent add a little salt, salmon, orange juice and let cook over medium heat about 15 minutes.
Halfway through cooking turn the salmon slices so they cook evenly.
