Easy Healthy Recipes: Seafood cocktail - How will this summer ?, sure you are resting and enjoying it and I am very happy !! And that you should follow cuidándoos this summer, I leave you with this chilly dish that you can carry in Tuper if you you get along food to the beach or mountain, also can be prepared the day before and not waste time if you have to run.

Seizing my mother made her and typical "welcome dinner" when we go to visit on vacation, we came to this dish with everything we did not eat at dinner, because of course prepared prawns and mussels to a regiment !!
So, the next day we took the beach gazpacho and then spatter.

Ingredients:

  • A Red pepper.
  • A Green pepper.
  • A Chive.
  • Pickled cucumber.
  • Mejillones (20 units).
  • Gambones Cleaved (20 units).
  • Palitos Crab (10 units).
We did not octopus, because we prefer to take the next day to the Galician ummm, but almost always prepared with octopus, so that already to your liking.
For the vinaigrette:

  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 1 Tablespoon wine vinegar.
  • 1 Small teaspoon salt.
  • A little lemon juice.
  • A Pinch of pepper.
Method of preparation:

Chop the vegetables into cubes and aliñamos with the vinaigrette and mix well, then add the mussels and king prawns and finally the sticks to prevent breakage.

And to freshen up and be careful with this dish !!
